But surely there are other charges?
Well, we pass on costs like advertising and the Tenancy Services application fee, but no... there aren't that many (but the Government is working hard to change that with constant new compliance costs and changes). We don't take an additional percent on arranging maintenance, going to the Tribunal, or arranging advertising like some other companies (what is the management fee for anyway)! But, there is one other thing... Dec 2018 the government banned charging letting fees to tenants so we now have to pass this on to the landlord!*
But don't you need a one year contract?
No, there is no need. We believe that you will stay with us for our professional service. So we don't lock you in for a year period. If circumstances change, one month's notice is all we need in order to transfer the management.
How come you can charge so much less than the others?
We wonder how other property management companies get away with charging so much for so little! Most costs have come down over the last decade but not for property management. We want to help change that.
I've got a $600 a week property, how can you be so much cheaper?
It cost just the same to look after a $200 pw property as a $600 pw property. Actually, it usually costs less as the tenants tend to be better! Just take the extra $$$ saved from having us manage your property and put it towards your next purchase.
